“When I first enrolled my landlord entered my apartment while I was gone with no notice. They were looking at the roofs of the units and it was not an emergency. I called my law firm and they sent a letter to the apartment manager informing them that they had violated my lease. They included the state statues that spelled out landlord/tenant rights. The management acknowledged their error and it never happened again. When I renewed my lease I asked to have the worn carpeting replaced. They refused.
