Do you want to ask simple legal questions whenever you want?

General

Do you have legal questions about a car you bought that turned out to be a defective?  And the most important question of all is....

Did you end up getting stuck with it or did it take way too much of your time to get it resolved with the dealer or person you purchased it from? If you did get stuck with the vehicle it is because you just did not understand the law enough to be able to force the dealer to take the vehicle back.

There is a different lemon law for each vehicle make, model and year for each state that the particular vehicle is sold in.  That's right.  I did not know that until a friend of mine had an incident where he bought a defective truck from a well-known local dealer and it broke down two days after the purchase.  You would not know what the laws is unless you spent numerous hours on the Internet looking up each law as it pertains to your vehicle.  Local attorneys in your town know and you deserve to have access to them to have your legal questions answered.

The dealership stated that they had no liability in this instance because the vehicle was purchased "as is".  Thankfully my friend was able to return the defective truck once the dealership received a letter from his attorney stating exactly what the law was and what the dealer's responsibility was concerning the defective vehicle.

Imagine the feeling he had once he knew his rights and the problem was taken care of!

This is a good example of the power of having an attorney available whenever you want.  It certainly makes a difference in our lives if we can pick up the phone and have quality legal representation to answer any of our questions that may come up in the course of our daily lives.  It is important to be able to protect our rights and the rights of our families.

We have occurrences that affect our lives everyday and do not realize it.  Having the ability to get you legal questions answered before something festers into a bigger problem is an invaluable resource that could very well save a trip to court in many cases.
